1. Collect 10 mL of whole blood in Streck tubes. 2. Submit completed and signed request and consent forms (from MyBioLab). 3. For twin pregnancies (monochorionic or dichorionic), select NIPTG. 4. If the patient is receiving anticoagulant therapy (e.g., aspirin), select NIPTG.
